Each fall pastors and congregational lay leaders gather with synod staff to discuss the ministry of the Northwestern Minnesota Synod, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and to begin the process of congregation's planning their financial support of the synod for the coming year.  This year these meetings will include the Bishop and synod staff helping prepare the evening meal by "flipping burgers".  The schedule for the meetings follows.  Get a carload of people from your congregation and gather with your neighbors for a good meal and some good talk about the ministry we do in the synod and the ELCA.
