The Northwestern Minnesota Synod Theological Day will be held May 8 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Moorhead, from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Guided by the theme, “The authority of scripture for the common good,” this will be a day for conversation about our regard for scripture and its message for God’s people. The presenter is Rev. Lowell Erdahl, former bishop of the St. Paul Area ELCA Synod. In addition to 12 years as a bishop, Erdahl served 20 years as a parish pastor, and spent five years on the faculty of Luther Seminary.

Cost for the event is $25, which includes lunch, coffee and program:
