In the Fall of 1998, I embarked on a journey that would change my life. It began with a flight from Tanzania to Philadelphia, then to NYC, with a final destination of Moorhead, MN, to pursue a degree in Computer Science at Concordia College. A Call to ministry created a new plan to stay. Most of my family remains in Tanzania and Kenya.
My passions are my children, my faith, and my service to God. I enjoy all things rugby, deep theological conversation, walks on the beach where the smells and sounds engulf me, engaging with people, and meeting new people to share the joy God has planned for them.
I look forward to visiting the country of my great-grandfather’s origin, who originates from the Northern tip of India. As someone of Indian descent, I look forward to the smells, food, colors, and language of the people there.
