Pastor Keith comes to us with over 20 years of ministry experience in addition to 20+ years in business prior to that. For the past nearly five years he has served the synod as our Regional Gift Planner with the ELCA Foundation, providing consultation and resources to our various ministries in the areas of endowments and planned giving. Pastor Keith received his MDiv from Luther Seminary in 2003. He also holds a master’s degree in business from The University of St. Thomas, St. Paul and a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
Keith is married to his wife of 41 years, Janine. Together they have one daughter (Rachel) who lives in Fargo with her husband (Ryan) and their son (Nolan). Keith and Janine live in New London, Minnesota. They enjoy time with family, travel, and a healthy bit of competition in board games. Keith loves riding motorcycle and has crisscrossed the country on numerous trips. His sense of adventure certainly played a part in accepting this new role.
